Feast of La Patrona

Indeed, the Parish is dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin to Heaven, and for this reason it is called La Patrona, without further ado, and on this day the main festival is celebrated. Solemn parish mass, sung by the parish choir and procession with the image of the Virgen de la Guía through the main streets of the town. Authorities and numerous parishioners accompany her, as well as many children of the town, who are on vacation on those days, and who are proud to participate in the procession of their patron saint, and as an honor to carry the passage of the Virgin for a while. The municipal band accompanies the entire procession.
