Sacramental Feast "Corpus Christi"

It is the Sacramental Feast of the Parish. A solemn Holy Mass is celebrated, sung by the Parish Choir and Procession with the Blessed Sacrament through the main streets of the town. The authorities carry the Palio del Santísimo. The children who made their First Communion that year flank the Custody, carried by the Pastor, as they throw flower petals at him. The Municipal Band and the Virgen de la Guía Dance and Dance Choir compete to offer their best performances to the Blessed Sacrament. The procession ends with the Blessing with the Blessed Sacrament in the main square, in front of the Parish Church.
